My new exhibition with Jérôme Souillot is opening on May 28th in Maribor….so if you are in town pop in and check it out!!!!! I’ll be showcasing my new series of work that I have been developing here in the city!!!!

In other news Jérôme is working on a project called ‘The One Who Draws’…. so if you have a secret to share with him then call in to see him at the gallery everyday from 3-7pm to get involved!

This is the info on what he’s up to:

Sitting at the table, he is offering consultations. Participants are asked to entrust him with some intimate secret, memory, dream, an object that has a special meaning… He then uses this ʺmaterialʺ to draw a picture in 15 minutes. The resulting drawing materializes the exchange between two people. A special object only two people hold the key to. The artist never reveals the object of consultation. Over the past year 400 drawings were created following this principle. The drawings will be exhibited at the end of the month.

You can give/trust something to Jérôme (to “The One Who Draws”) in May from Moday till Friday from 3pm to 7pm in the gallery on Koroška Street 18. You can also call him on 040 383 793.
